Materials needed before getting started with wema bank alat:
- Smartphone with internet access
- BVN (If you don’t have it at the time you can do it later)
- Phone number
- Email address: this is what you will be using to login
- written of your signature in white paper with a pen then snap it with your phoneS.
STEP 1
First and foremost, you have to download the Wema Bank ALAT App which is currently available only on Android and IOS devices

STEP 2
Click Sign up, this will takes you to where you will enter your phone number then click start.

Here you will be asked to enter your BVN and your date of birth, If you don’t have your BVN at the time you can do it later by clicking “Enter BVN later” But if you have your BVN enter it with your date of birth and click next.
STEP 4
After entering your BVN and date of birth then click next it will take you to where to input your;
- Email address and chosen password
- Security question and answer(don’t forget this please)

Click “I agree to the Terms & Condition” follow by “Done” With this you good to go.
STEP 5
Step 4 will takes you to where to upload your signature and your photograph (passport).
STEP 6
Fund your account with as low as N500 Naira (through a bank transfer or by clicking on “fund account”) for your account to be activated and functioning and that’s it.
You now have a fully functioning bank account with WEMA bank using Wema bank alat system.
You can now send money, buy Data, receive money, buy airtime, save money, you can withdraw your money via ATM using your Wema bank ALAT debit card.
